1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer direct shipping from our operational center in Shenzhen, China to most countries and regions worldwide.

  • Primary Service Areas: We reliably serve major markets including the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and more.

  • Restricted Areas: Due to logistics or customs restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to certain countries and regions (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, etc.). The final available shipping destinations will be confirmed on the checkout page.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders undergo meticulous inspection, energetic cleansing, and packaging.

  • Standard Orders: For orders received on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays), we will process and hand them over to our logistics partner within 1-3 business days.

  • Customized Orders: For custom items such as those from the "Cloud Core" series, which involve handcrafting, the processing time is approximately 7-14 business days. Specific timelines will be communicated after you confirm the design.

3. Shipping Options, Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are based on the destination, package weight & dimensions, and your chosen shipping method. At checkout, the system will automatically calculate and display the exact shipping cost and estimated taxes based on your address.

4. Duties & Import Taxes (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid)

To provide a predictable shopping experience and prevent unexpected charges upon delivery, we offer "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) service for most destinations, particularly the EU, UK, etc.

  • Tax Transparency: During checkout, the system will automatically calculate and display the estimated total import taxes (e.g., customs duty, import VAT) based on the product value and the destination country's tax rates. The total order price you pay includes these estimated taxes.

  • We Handle Customs: We use this prepaid tax amount to instruct our logistics provider to clear customs on your behalf. You will NOT need to pay any additional fees to the carrier or customs when the package arrives.

  • Important Note: The tax shown at checkout is an estimate based on legal requirements. The final tax liability is determined by customs authorities. Any minor variance will be absorbed by us.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link.

You can check your package status by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in the email.

  • Logging into your UDO account and viewing "Order History."

  • Visiting the carrier's website directly (e.g., 17TRACK, DHL).

6. Shipping Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Potential Delays: International shipping can be delayed by customs inspections, weather, holidays, etc. The delivery times in Section 3 are average estimates, not guarantees.

  • Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within 60 days of shipment and tracking shows no movement, please contact our customer service immediately. We will assist in initiating an investigation and arrange a reshipment or refund as appropriate.

  • Damaged Packages: Please inspect the external packaging upon delivery. If significant damage is found, we recommend taking photos and refusing acceptance. If you discover transit-related damage after accepting the package, please contact us within 7 days with evidence for resolution.

7. Address Changes & Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot change the address once the order enters the processing stage.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for the reshipping cost. If you opt for a refund instead, we will refund the product cost (the original shipping cost is non-refundable).
